I had no idea what to expect from hypnotherapy, but working with Teagan has seriously changed my life!!! It’s been a little more then a month since my sessions ended and I wanted to see if the changes and growth I saw in myself was permanent and I'm beyond excited to say that it's true, it works! I came to Teagan feeling a bit scared and not knowing if I will get better and if this was the right step. First session was very interesting for me. In a few days time I started feeling happy and self worthy. Went in for a second session and yet to my surprise we worked on other parts of my life that was in hiding for many years. Followed with a third and 4th session. Teagan has helped me so much in these four sessions and put me in a place where I should have been years ago. She helped me feel self worthy, confident and most of all how to self love. She is a very calm lady, so easy to deal with and most of all very helpful yet professional. I highly recommend Teagan.
