Teagan has helped me massively in seeing myself beyond all of my old perceptions through a really gentle and encouraging process. I felt really stuck in life with low self worth and trust and boundary issues and now after years of trying other therapies I'm finally starting to feel safe and free in acknowledging my own worth and showing up more authentically with others. Working with Teagan has expedited my progress in so many ways. Most notable for me is bridging the gap between the person the world sees and my authentic self. It's allowed me to stop procrastinating and finally enrol in my Degree, dust off passions I put on the shelf, and give myself permission to pursue the things that light me up.
